Event Details
S&C Catering – Will assist in the planning, sharing ideas and execution of your event, we will make ourselves available to meet and review all details to ensure we deliver the perfect reception, corporate celebration, and backyard bbq.
Timing – S&C Catering will arrive two hours prior to the start of event and will remain till the completion of specified details. Drop off events will arrive 20 – 25 minutes prior to event time.
Deposits – Not required for drop off events, 1inal payment is due on delivery.
Full-service receptions:
- $1,000.00 due to reserve the date. This is a non-refundable deposit with signature of contract.
- 50% required one month prior to event.
- Balance due when final count is provided, final count is required 14 business days prior to event.
Rental’s & Service ware
- Available for all event, this includes, linen, tents, tables, chairs, China, glassware, silverware etc
- All pricing listed is based on high grade disposables such as bamboo, palm leave plates and bowls and high grade plasticware & chop sticks.
Uniforms – Full-service events, team will have a professional appearance, black pants, and black shirt. Uniforms can be adjusted based on theme and time of year.
Cost of Event – Based on guest count, menu selection, rental needs, chef attended food station’s, waitstaff, additional services and tax. All costs and services provided will be outlined in detail on your proposal / contacts. Please note that all website orders require a 72-hour notice and are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from our catering team.
